立命館大学MOT研究科・玄場公規教授の講義を開催しました。

医療分野のイノベーションについての基礎知識をお話ししていただきました。
イノベーションの不確実性には、①技術開発の不確実性、②市場の不確実性、③ビジネスモデルの不確実性があり（「イノベーションパラドックス」ジョルジュ・アウー著）、この中でマネジメントが一番難しいのは、①技術開発の不確実性だそうです。不確実性のマネジメントをどのようにすればよいのかを考えるきっかけとなりました。

Innovations Based on the Demand Search – Focus on Advanced Cases in Medical Field –

Prof. Gemba gave a talk about medical and healthcare innovations.
There are three kinds of uncertainty in the process of innovation; 1. uncertainty of technology development, uncertainty of markets, uncertainty of business models (“The Innovation Paradox” Georges Haour). He told us that the certainty of technology management was the most difficult to manage. This lecture offered a good chance to discuss management of the certainties.
